F-Fly Fratnikova puhovka 1983 article
In June 1980, Fratnik gave some F Flies to his friend, Dr. Božidar Voljč, and it was he who first published an article on the "Fratnikova puhovka" in 1983 in the Slovenian magazine Ribič (the Fisherman).
